Havas Worldwide’s ‘For the heroes of our lives’ campaign for Fairprice

Agencies in the final round of an advertising pitch for Singapore supermarket chain NTUC Fairprice are making their presentations today, according to sources familiar with the review.

Incumbent Havas Worldwide and its media arm are on the final shortlist, Mumbrella understands, with creative presentations to be made today and media on Monday.

Havas Worldwide, which was re-appointed the last time the supermarket chain held a pitch in 2013, is joined in the final round by McCann, according to sources.

Havas Media has been shortlisted for the media business along with GroupM, Mumbrella understands.

NTUC Fairprice did not confirm the pitch contenders, telling Mumbrella: “Our decision will only be released later this year.”

Fairprice first appointed the Havas group in 2008.

Havas was behind NTUC Fairprice’s latest ‘For the Heroes in Our Lives’ campaign to mark Singapore’s 50th birthday.
