Brand agency Fitch appoints creative director to spearhead design teams in Asia

staceyBrand agency Fitch has named Simon Stacey as executive creative director, Southeast and North Asia as the company looks to broaden its reach across the region.

Stacey joins from Deloitte Australia where he held the role of brand and spatial experience design director. He will start at Fitch on January 16.

Fitch, owned by WPP, said Stacey has 25 years experience in creating brand experiences, with Amazon, Dunhill, Harrods, Infiniti, Liberty, Orange, Selfridges, Tesco, The Conran Shop, Toyota and Virgin among his previous clients.

He will direct the overall design function across the region from Fitch’s Singapore studio and lead the design teams in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as play an integral role on the Fitch Global Creative Council.

Fitch Southeast and North Asia chief executive Andrew Crombie said: “Simon is a master in the art of connecting physical, human and digital experiences to bring about significant business growth for clients and their brands. He joins FITCH at a time of significant opportunity in Asia as we seek to broaden our reach across Asia and the Pacific. We’re delighted he’s now part of our team.”
