Social agency KRDS wins RHB Singapore account


Digital agency KRDS has won the social and mobile account for banking giant RHB Singapore following a multi-agency pitch.

The retainer account includes social and mobile strategy, content creation and a focus on building the bank’s brand on Facebook.

In addition, the Singapore agency will look to enhance B2B relationships between the bank and business clients – ranging from start-ups to large corporations.

Facebook content will play on the idea of RHB having an important role in every stage of people’s lives, under the tagline of ’Together We Progress’.

Headquartered in Paris, KRDS opened a base in Singapore in 2012. Following the win, the agency hired two new people to work on the RHB account – bringing its overall headcount to 18.

KRDS Singapore director Preetham Venkky said the bank was “well known for being trusted with customers”. He added: “We wanted to bring this core value to life on their social channels and open the gates to a stronger relationship with their customer base.”
