“From this April, we will establish a management committee in Leo Burnett Shanghai, to further flatten our organisational structure,” she said.

Coinciding with her appointment is the promotion of’ Rocky Hao and Takho Lau to executive creative director roles. Hao joined Leo Burnett in early 2015 as head of creative, while Lau has been with Leo Burnett for several years, working in Hong Kong, Beijing and Guangzhou.

“As the flagship office in Greater China, Leo Burnett Shanghai plays an extremely important role in the entire network. Over the past two years, the collective efforts of Angie, Rocky and Takho have raised the creative output and business of Leo Burnett Shanghai to new heights,” said Lee.
