BBDO Guerrero has announced several senior promotions in the strategic planning and account management departments.
Cristina Buenaventura has been promoted to head of planning at BBDO. She is behind some of the agency’s most notable work, including the country’s multi-awarded ‘It’s More Fun in The Philippines’ tourism campaign.
The agency has also promoted three agency account to client service directors. One is director of sales, Karen Go, who has had a wealth of experience running campaigns across multiple markets, is well-placed to manage the agency’s regional responsibilities.
Account manager for Johnson’s, Ethel Dino-Datario, has also been promoted, but will continue her role managing the account. Meanwhile, Angelica Lorenzo has returned to BBDO as client service director after a year’s stint as regional marketing manager for IMAX theatres Asia-Pacific.
Group account director John Unson has also been promoted to director of marketing, taking on new business responsibilities and reputation management for the agency.
