Isis and bestiality – Singapore influencer Xiaxue’s bizarre Twitter rant
Singapore’s Xiaxue is one of the influencer scene’s biggest names.
The pink-haired blogger also known as Wendy Cheng has nearly a million followers across her Twitter and Instagram accounts and has worked with brands including Kao Merries, Tyre Queen, Disney and L’Oreal
Most recently, her beauty-inspired Instagram posts have featured make-up brands MAC and Datsumo Labo, plus Singapore salon TK TrichoKare. And all sees very wholesome – so far.
But Dr Mumbo cannot help but wonder if these brands have taken a look at Xiaxue’s Twitter feed lately, where it would seem the influencer does not mince her words.
In particular, the recent news about a Singaporean woman’s arrest for attempting to join Islamic State in Syria seems to have struck a chord with the blogger.
Perplexed and sensing this may the start of something interesting, Dr Mumbo grabbed some popcorn and stayed glued to her Twitter feed for the majority of the morning. And he was not disappointed.
Dr Mumbo didn’t really need Xiaxue to elaborate on “animalistic births in a bomb shelter”, but then things got even weirder.
At this point it was time to log off; this may be one life-changing choice that Dr Mumbo would rather not contemplate today. We live in strange times indeed dear reader.
cant believe marketers think she is good for them.
ReplyHave never understood her attraction to brands, yet at the same time like the fact that she just doesn’t give a f#ck about how she is perceived
