Singapore’s environment agency puts some fun into new smoking restrictions
Singapore’s National Environment Agency has taken a softer approach to smoking than is typical in the citystate, with a campaign to make Singaporeans aware of the fines they could receive for flouting newly introduced smoking restrictions in public places.
The campaign, created by BBH, features a character who appears from a manhole screaming at two smokers smoking in the wrong place.
The campaign includes a microsite tellyourbros.sg that enables Singaporeans to email or text message a smoker with an automated message listing the various areas covered under the new smoking ban extension.
