Clemenger’s stand ins campaign for NAB

BBDO has converted its dominance of the shortlist at the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards into trophies by winning network of the year in Shanghai tonight.

Its Australian agencies helped to Omnicom-owned network over the line, with Clemenger BBDO Melbourne winning effectiveness agency of the year.

It was Australia’s year, with McCann Melbourne and Ogilvy’s Australian operation runners up to Clemenger as agency of the year.

Ogilvy and McCann came second and third for network of the year.

The most awarded country was Australia which took home 15 trophies, followed by China who were awarded 10 and New Zealand and Singapore who both received five.

The Asian Marketing Effectiveness Agency of the Year was awarded to Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, with second place going to McCann Melbourne and third to Leo Burnett Melbourne. Meanwhile, BBDO took home the prize for The Asian Marketing Effectiveness Network of the Year, while Ogilvy & Mather took second and McCann third.
