Graham Kelly is Isobar’s first regional ECD

Graham Kelly

Seasoned creative Graham Kelly has emerged in a new regional role at Aegis-Dentsu digital network Isobar.

The Scott, who in a varied career has worked at OgilvyOne, TBWA, BBH, Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, has taken on the role of regional executive creative director for Isobar, marking the first time the agency has employed a regional creative overlord.

The move is designed to improve Isobar’s creative product across the region, and bring greater consistency to its offering.

Kelly will report to Jean Lin, CEO of Isobar Asia Pacific, who said in a press release: “Ideation and trans-media story-telling are important skills that Isobar needs to possess as we navigate through our next phase. Our ambition is clear; to help transform our clients’ business with channel-neutral ideas and technology, and Graham’s experience, which transcends the traditional and digital world, will allow us to redefine and accelerate our approach to creativity.”

Kelly added: “I’ve worked with advertising agencies that have made the move into digital, and many have done so in an impressive way, but the opportunity to join an agency that has been digital since its inception is really attractive. I’m also impressed by Isobar’s ambition; they’re young, hungry and have made huge strides in establishing themselves across the region with an impressive client portfolio.”

Before joining Isobar, Kelly was co-founder and ECD at GKIM, a tech start-up. He will remain a shareholder, but the day to day running of the company will be handed over to his business partner.
