Aegis acquires Chinese digital agency Trio

Media agency group Aegis has acquired full service digital agency Trio.

The 120-staff agency will form part of the Isobar digital network in China that includes wwwins Isobar and OMP.

The agency will be rebranded Trio Isobar.

The agency will continue to be led by CEO and ECD Chris Chen, with GM April Chang and deputy GM Britney Pai in support.

The addition of TRIOwill make Isobar one of the largest digital marketing agency networks, with over 700+ digital specialists in China including wwwins Isobar and OMP.”
