Yahoo!'s old logo

Yahoo!’s old logo

Internet company Yahoo! has launched a new logo.

The new design replaces a logo that has been in use since the company was founded in 1994.

The new version has slimmer lettering, but the trademark exclamation mark remains.

The logo was designed by Yahoo!’s new CEO Marissa Mayer, who has a design background, so cost nothing for the company to produce.

This video showcases the new-look brand mark.

In the build-up to the unveiling of the new logo, Yahoo! teased users in the US by showing them multiple variations of the brand mark before the final reveal.

The logo was redesigned to reflect the company’s new ambitions under new CEO Marissa Mayer.
