Carat appoints Kate Williams to lead APAC international client arm

Kate WilliamsCarat has hired an executive from a collective of independent media agencies to run its international clients division in Asia.

Kate Williams brings to an end a seven-year stint as MD of Columbus Media International to join Carat, and will report to regional boss Sean O’Brien.

She will be based in Singapore, and moves from New York to take on the role, which is a newly created position.

She previously worked at UK Independent media agencies BLM, now Arena Media, and Walker Media.
