Digital agency Precedent launches in Hong Kong

PrecedentAustralian digital agency Precedent has opened an office in Asia.

The 25 year-old independent agency, which specialises in the higher education sector, has chosen Hong Kong as its first Asia Pacific outlet outside of Australia.

Precedent has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, London, Cardiff and Edinburgh.

Agency founder Paul Hoskins, who will head up Precedent Hong Kong, said: “After spending many years helping Australian and UK universities attract domestic and international students, particularly from China, I am looking forward to bringing that experience to bear in helping Chinese and Hong Kong universities reverse the flow.”

“The quality of some of the HE establishments in the region is outstanding and becoming recognised globally with more and more Asian universities placed higher in the world university rankings. I think we are uniquely placed to help establish the reputation of the region’s HE establishments globally,” he said.

He added: “by strengthening our presence in the Asia Pacific region we are not only ensuring we will be able to grow and attract the best talent in the digital industry but that we can add real value by strengthening our knowledge and expertise across a growing global marketplace.”
