Vizeum hires Starcom’s Byung Goo Lee as Korea GM

Media group Aegis Media has announced a new GM for agency brand Vizeum in Korea, appointing Byung Goo Lee to the role.

Seoul, 10 December, 2013:  Rob Hughes, CEO of Aegis Media North Asia has announced today the appointment of Byung Goo Lee as General Manager for Vizeum Korea.  Effective immediately Byung Goo will be responsible for leading Vizeum Korea team, based in the Seoul office, by providing the best possible client service for current and potential clients through his extensive industry experiences and knowledge of market insights and trends.

With nearly 20 years in the local communications industry both in-house and agency side, Byung Goo has extensive communications planning experience in a plethora of categories such as automobile, IT, consumer goods and financial business.  Byung Goo previously worked for Starcom Mediavest Worldwide, where he was responsible for planning and implementation of traditional and interactive media efforts for the agency’s clients such as McDonalds, Diageo Korea, General Motors Korea and Electrolux. Previous roles include working at Sheraton in Canada, INNOCEAN Worldwide Seoul, KIA Motors and Diamond Bates.
