Chris Catchpole joins Phibious as regional ECD

Chris CatchpoleChris Catchpole, who left his post as ECD of Lowe Vietnam at the end of last year, has taken on the top creative job at independent ad agency Phibious, Mumbrella can reveal.

The Brit will have creative responsibility for Phibious’ operations in Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam, where the 12 year-old agency is headquartered.

He takes on the role of group executive creative director, based in Ho Chi Minh City, and will work with clients including Coke, Google and Piaggio.

In Catchpole’s career, he has worked at UK direct marketing agencies Tullo Marshall Warren and Harrison Troughton Wunderman, and as a freelance art director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Bates Dorland and Publicis Dialog.

On three occasions, he has started his own businesses –  Catchpole&friends, Junction Group and OLPOHA.
