Former Fluid boss Andrew Au to run Singapore office of Imagination Asia

Andrew AuAndrew Au, the former MD of Hong Kong creative agency Fluid, has emerged in the same role at fellow independent agency Imagination Asia in Singapore.

He joins Imagination on 3 March and will report to Asia Pacific CEO Mark Barrett.

Au replaces Vivian Qasabian Hoex who moves on after six months as MD. She joined Imagination from lifestyle PR agency Ate Group in July last year as event director, taking over the MD role two months later.

Barrett commented on Au’s arrival: “Andrew’s solid experience on both the client and the agency side will offer Imagination’s clients with a holistic and integrated approach to problem solving for their creative communications needs.”

Before Fluid, Au ran Asia marketing at The Economist. He has also worked at AOL and Fortune.

Au said: “Imagination already has a sterling reputation around the world with clients and our industry peers. I look forward to further contributing to that reputation from Singapore.”
