La Prairie asks Hong Kongers to share ‘timeless beauty’ moments

La PrairieSwiss beauty and skincare brand La Prairie is running a competition to build its customer base in Hong Kong.

The competition, to promote the brand’s cellular swiss ice crystal collection, invites Hong Kongers to submit their best timeless beauty moments, upload and share it on Facebook – via this microsite – for a chance to win prizes.

To drive interest, the first 100 photos submitted will receive a hand massage and a cellular ice crystal sample. Facebook and print advertising will run around the competition.

“Hong Kong consumers are well-educated when it comes to skincare and beauty brands”, said Nicoletta Stefanidou, creative director at OglivyOne Hong Kong. “La prairie exudes luxury and is set to become one of the most popular brands among young people here, much like it is in Europe. With the competition, la prairie is putting its best face forward to greet a new pool of sophisticated consumers.”

The competition will run for the following three weeks. The winners will be revealed as part of an exhibition that will run until 12 March.
