India urged to head for the polls in ad mocking parliamentary shenanigans

Ad agency DDB Mudra is behind a campaign in India to encourage people to vote in the general elections.

In the video for campaign group Operation Black Dot, children were asked to portray what they think India’s leaders get up to in parliament.

The viewer is encouraged to vote, and spread the message using the hashtage #GetInked.

The elections are being held between 7 April to 12 May, and are held in nine phases. It is the longest election in the country’s history and the biggest democratic event on earth.
