Former FCB APAC creative chief Rob Sherlock joins ADK as agency’s first worldwide ECD

Rob Sherlock, the former Asia Pacific creative director at FCB, has been appointed by Asatsu-DK as the Japanese ad agency’s first worldwide chief creative officer.

Sherlock will oversee all of ADK’s creative output globally, with additional duties to support ADK’s global expansion with a focus on Asia.

He starts in his new role today, 1 May.

After leaving a role as regional CD for FCB, formerly DraftFCB, in 2006, Sherlock moved to the US, where he was chief creative officer of FCB Chicago. He worked there until 2011 before moving into consultancy.

Sherlock is a past chairman of the Hong Kong 4As Creative Committee.
