Krispy Kreme puts messages on doughnuts for Mother’s Day

Krispy Creme stuntKrispy Kreme is enabling sons and daughters in the Philippines to put messages of appreciation on donuts in the run-up to Mother’s Day on Sunday.

A box of 20 small donuts will carry the messages, with a single letter fitting on a single doughnut.

An online element invites Filipinos to share messages for their mothers on the brand’s website. Out of those messages, one hundred will be chosen to receive a box of doughnuts containing their personal message.

Jan Lorraine Cui, business director at Havas Media Ortega, the agency behind the campaign, said: “Krispy Kreme has been sharing joy in a box to its growing number of customers worldwide. This Mother’s Day, Krispy Kreme is making every box extra special for mothers in the Philippines.”
