A coastly error

The Sunday Times World Cup pull-outMcDonald’s inserted a handy pull-out match schedule chart for World Cup fans in the Sunday Times in Singapore today.

While McDonald’s has spent an eye-watering amount of money on sponsoring the World Cup and on the advertising that surrounds it, the burger giant appears to have neglected the simpler things involved in such a mammoth undertaking. Like checking how to spell the names of the countries taking part.
