Publicis Group to launch new agency Roar in Hong Kong

Screen Shot 2014-06-27 at 9.33.06 amPublicis Groupe has overnight announced today the launch of a new agency Roar, built from combining talent selected from across the digital firms within the holding company, which will have an office in Hong Kong. 

The new initiative from the advertising group will be headquartered in New York with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, London and Hong
Kong and will launch with foundation client JPMorgan Chase. 

Former president of strategy of Publicis Groupe media shop Zenith Sean Reardon will head Roar and will report to both Rishad Tobaccowala, chief strategy & innovation officer at VivaKi as well as Tim Jones, chairman & CEO, ZenithOptimedia, North America.

“ROAR has been created to meet specific client needs while delivering the alchemy that comes with combining insight, emotion and technology to transform the business of our clients,” said Tobaccowala.

At this stage the Hong Kong head of the agency is unknown.
