A list of the ten most watched global YouTube video ads since Cannes 2013 has been released by YouTube.

Topping the list was an ad for Turkish Airlines featuring basketball star Kobe Bryant and football star Lionel Messi trying to outselfie each other at various locations around the globe in an ad spruiking Turkish Airlines.

The only Asian video in the list is BBDO Guerrero’s ‘Labels against women’ ad for Pantene.

Number two was an ad for YouTube itself showing a mashup of parodies of the most talked about YouTube videos of 2013, including Robin Thicke’s song Blurred lines, the Prancercise woman and MysteryGuitarMan.

Third was by LA based fashion brand Wren and called First Kiss, an awkwardly touching short film where twenty strangers were asked to kiss for the first time in front of a camera crew.
