Chris Reed appointed global CMO of Ultimate Festival Guide

Blogger and marketer Chris Reed, who started his own consultancy at the start of this year, has got a new job as global CMO and a board member of Ultimate Festival Guide.

Stockholm, Sweden August 12th 2014 – Ultimate Festival Guide – Find Festivals Worldwide (UFG) is delighted to announce the appointment of international entrepreneur and LinkedIn Power Profile Chris J. Reed as its newest board member and Global CMO.
Reed will still continue to run Black Marketing Asia – Making LinkedIn Work For You, while helping UFG founder Andy Poulet market the brand globally and partner with investors to speed up the brand’s development.
Moving into the next phase of development, UFG v2.0 will list in excess of 4,500 festivals when released and plans to give every music festival in every major market in the world their own full page helping festival fans find all the information they need to know easily to attend any festival.
Recent developments have included opening up a user generated content platform for live music professionals and creating ticket, travel, merchandise and music streaming partnerships to engage consumers globally and become the all round live music experience.
Ironically Reed and Poulet used to work together more than 20 ago at London’s legendary Hammersmith Odeon (now Hammersmith Apollo). Now Poulet lives in Sweden and Reed works in Singapore and they have come back to join forces to create the ultimate music festivals brand.
