Buick woos Chinese parents with ‘Growing with kids’ campaign
Saatchi & Saatchi and client Buick have teamed up with charity Teenagers Fund to launch a campaign to help improve the state of parenting in China.
The purpose of the ‘Growing with kids’ campaign is for parents to spend more time with their children. The campaign centres around a series of educational public events aimed at new parents. A video directed by Alfred Hou has been launched to raise awareness around the concept.
Alongside the video, posters are running to make the connection between Buick and the art of parenting.
Cynthia Chen, brand director of Buick Division, said: “For young parents, parenting is a process of growing with kids together. We hope we can turn Buick Excelle’s Wisdom Family Classroom into a long-term public service platform of children’s family education through cooperation with China Children and Teenagers Fund. With love and professional teams, theory, more and more young parents will get professional parental guidance and every kid can grow happily with company.”
