India on top of Warc Strategy Prize shortlist

India looks the most likely country to pick up metal in the Warc Strategy Prize after being shortlisted 19 times out of 40 finalists for the Asia competition.

China has five finalists while the Philippines is in contention for four to win from a prize fund of $10,000.

The competition chairman is P&G Asia CMO Freddy Bharucha, wh0 said: “I will be looking for truly breakthrough heart- or mind-opening ideas, inspired by deep human insights of the target audience. The ideas and execution must be brilliant in driving the brand’s strategy, equity and benefits advantage in the marketplace.”

The winners will be announced in Singapore on 6 November.
