Singapore-based creative agency Arcade has hired Host Singapore duo Ross Fowler and Greg Rawson and three other creative directors as the agency looks to bulk up post-acquisition.

Fowler and Rawson move on after six months at Host Singapore, having joined to replaced former ECD Noah Regan in February of this year. Their departure followed the hire of Andrew Hook from DDB as ECD of Host’s sister agency Havas Worldwide Singapore.

Also joining Arcade, which has announced a string of Unilever wins in recent weeks, are Lizi Hamer from Sapient Nitro, former Ogilvy creative Andrew Reznik and former Batey Ads, Publicis and M&C Saatchi creative director James Keng Lim.

The agency now has around 40 staff in its Singapore office.

“Combined with our group ECDs Matt [Cullen], Mark [Taylor] and Gary [Tranter], the new intake means that as we grow our clients will continue to have direct access to the key people who do the work and can make brave decisions together,” said Nick Marrett, Arcade’s group CEO. “It represents our ongoing commitment to creativity, keeping it at the heart of everything we do – servicing our clients’ needs with creative solutions across the board, in any channel.”

Host Singapore tells Mumbrella that the agency is looking for creatives to replace Fowler and Rawson.
