Cream launches activation arm

Cambodian creative agency Cream Communications has launched a brand activation division called Activator.

The announcement:

October 13 – PHNOM PENH – CREAM Communications Group Cambodia has launched a dedicated activation unit – ACTIVATOR

The ACTIVATOR unit will with immediate effect manage all of CREAM Cambodia’s activation requirements and have specific remit to develop new business beyond its sister agency’s clients.

“We produced and executed over 300 national activation roadshow events for Unilever Cambodia alone this year. During these activation events we acquired both fundamental and insightful learnings, which honed our competence and illuminated the need for a standalone activation unit, hence the launch of our dedicated activation division, ACTIVATOR”, said Brenden Arnold, CEO, CREAM.

“ACTIVATOR utilizes a proprietary toolkit that enables Team Leaders in the field to record and report hourly, in real-time with detailed metrics beyond sales data, including environmental data which has greatly focussed and honed onsite micro decision making to improve KPI compliance as well as improve long-term applied learnings”, added Arnold.
