Fraser and Neave regional marketer Edmond Neo joins Chang International as CEO

Fraser and Neave has parted ways with one of its most senior marketers.

Edmond Neo, the Southeast Asian food and beverage giant’s general manager for regional brand development, has moved on from the company after less than a year.

He has joined Thailand’s largest brewing company, ThaiBev, as CEO of Chang International, the company behind Chang beer, the sponsor of English Premier League club Everton. He is now based in Bangkok.

F&N confirmed the news with Mumbrella. Roles had been shuffled internally to cover Neo’s duties.

Neo joined Fraser and Neave, which owns brands including 100 Plus, Nutri Tea and Magnolia, in October 2013. Prior to that, he spent much of his career with Asia Pacific Breweries, latterly as group director of commerce.

In his career, he has also worked at DB Breweries and Philips.
