Nissan creates extreme pizza delivery service

TBWA\Hakuhodo, which has just been named Campaign Asia’s agency of the year for Japan, is running a campaign for Nissan to deliver pizza to extreme sports people and prove its credentials for ruggedness.

The campaign involved a search for Japan’s toughest delivery drivers, who in recruitment ads were offered 100,000 yen to deliver pizza in the most extreme circumstances.

The campaign, which involved print, TV and online, was devised to highlight the resilient nature of the Nissan X-TRAIL.
