Goodstuph beats two agencies to land Carlsberg Singapore digital and social business

Goodstuph has been appointed by beer brand Carlsberg to handle its digital and social media activities in Singapore after a pitch with two other agencies.

The announcement:

Following a pitch conducted in December 2014, Social Influence Marketing agency GOODSTUPH has been selected as lead Digital and Social Media Agency for Carlsberg Singapore, beating 2 agencies in the process. The scope of the appointment will be for a period of one year, during which time GOODSTUPH will provide strategic counsel regarding social media marketing for the Carlsberg brand, and be charged with delivering a fresh, insightful take on the Carlsberg brand in the digital realm.

When asked the reason for the appointment of GOODSTUPH, Jolene Yeo, Marketing Director at Carlsberg Singapore, saidthat “GOODSTUPH demonstrated strong creativity, digital strategic expertise and a proven track record in Social Influence Marketing. As a result we were confident that they would make a significant contribution to the Carlsberg brand in the digital arena, and help to better connect the brand to its consumers via social media platforms.”

Carlsberg Singapore is the agency’s first beer account, adding to their portfolio of luxury alcohol brands such as Glenfiddich, Grant’s, The Balvenie, Hendrick’s Gin, Reyka, Monkey Shoulder and Sailor Jerry.
