Publicis Groupe digital agency DigitasLBi has hired the former CEO of iProspect Indonesia, Debbie Aryandari, as head of media for Southeast Asia.

Aryandari brings to an end almost five years at iProspect in Jakarta, the last three of which have been as CEO.

She will move to Singapore to take on the new job.

Mark Newton, head of media, APAC for DigitasLBi said: “The impact of technology on the media landscape has levelled the playing field in the industry, and forced agencies to focus on effectiveness and delivery of business goals, rather than just efficient delivery of media. With Debbie’s background in performance media, coupled with her management and business capabilities, she is perfectly equipped to help us grow DigitasLBi’s media business in Singapore and Southeast Asia, while developing a regional centre of excellence that supports our blended service offering.”

Aryandari is the second Indonesian inside two months to land a big Singapore-based regional role following the appointment of Nanda Ivens to replace Paul Soon as CEO of XM Asia Pacific, now known as Mirum.

In her career, she has worked as a digital specialist at Carat Indonesia and a digital designers for Avaya in Australia.
