CtrlShift, an Asian digital marketing firm formed from a three-way merger at the start of the year, has announced hiring for two new positions – head of product and head of client success.

Joining the company as head of product, with a brief to create programmatic solutions for advertisers and publishers, is Serm Teck Choon from Star Online. He is credited with the launch of the Malaysian audience measurement currency, as head of measurement and audit at the Malaysian Digital Association.
