Gillette claims Singapore e-commerce record for fastest sale and delivery of new razors

Gillette recordGillette is claiming to have broken a record in Singapore for the fastest e-ecommerce sale and delivery yet in the city-state.

To pre-launch its new Fusion ProGlide with FlexBall razors, 200 products were sold in two minutes and 11 seconds on e-commerce site Qoo10 Singapore and all delivered by logistics firm Ninja Van in one hour and 45 minutes, entering the Singapore Book of Records for the ‘Fastest E-Commerce Redemption and Delivery of 200 products’.

The record marks Gillette’s pre-launch of its latest product that will “change the face of shaving yet again,” the company says. The new razor has an “ergonomic grip” and “4-way flex for superior contact with every curve of a man’s face”.

Gillette break recordSingaporeans can pre-order the new razor at Q0010’s e-shop. The first 1,000 customers will receive a limited edition razor holder, three iPad Air 2 tablets will also be awarded to the top three reviewers on Qoo10.
