The announcement:

NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwired – Oct 20, 2015) – Lotame, the world’s leading independent cross-screen data management platform (DMP), announced today the appointment of Gaurav Seth as Country Manager for India. Seth’s hire follows on the heels of major growth for Lotame across Asia Pacific (APAC), with their DMP business up more than 40% in the first half of 2015.
“While India is a very early market, there is growing excitement by what digital advertising and data management specifically makes possible,” said Kevin Kohn, CRO of Lotame. “Investing directly in India to support our growing client base was an important step and we look forward to leveraging Gaurav’s experience to accelerate DMP adoption in India.”

In this newly created role, Gaurav will be instrumental in leading the charge in the Indian market as Lotame continues to expand their APAC teams within the region. He brings more than 13 years of relevant experience, having specialized in the areas of audience targeting and measurement within this particular market. For the past five years, Gaurav has spent much of his time dedicated to building and managing data management platforms. Most recently, he led the product and business development of Vserv’s audience platform. Prior to that, Gaurav was the director of business alliances and product PrecisionMatch, APAC’s first online and the only consumer data company.
“I am really excited to be joining Lotame as they continue their APAC expansion,” commented Seth. “DMPs are a natural progression of the digital industry and I look forward to helping Lotame integrate all digital vehicles and platforms for more clients as part of this evolution here.”
