NTUC Income launches financial advisor match-making service

NTUC IncomeBBH has launched a campaign for insurance cooperative NTUC Income that enables customers to find a financial advisor who matches their personal preferences.

The Adviser Connect programme asks customers to choose their financial advisor by first keying in specifications on a website such as age, gender, language and personal interests.

The user is then given a number of options of financial advisors to choose from, and can chat with them online.

The campaign is running out of home, on digital banners, radio and taxis.

Since it was launched, the platform has hosted over 3000 chats with almost 1200 leads and an estimate of 100 closures (reported voluntarily), according to the agency.
