Tom Voirol joins former Adelphi Digital colleague Ferdi Wieling at Critical Mass

Tom VoirolTom Voirol, who recently departed Adelphi Digital – formerly Reading Room – following a restructure of the company post-buyout, has joined digital agency Critical Mass as vice president of strategy.

Adelphi’s previous global head of user experience teams up with former colleague Ferdi Wieling, who was regional ECD there.

Voirol joins with a brief to focus on strengthening the Omnicom-owned company’s customer experience capability, digital consulting practice, new business and key client relationships across the region.

Andrea Lennon, general manager of APAC, Critical Mass, commented: “Ferdi and Tom are joining us at an exciting time. We’ve experienced tremendous growth in the past year, and expanding our footprint in Asia continues to be a top priority. Ferdi and Tom bring strong global and regional experience with them, and will contribute to some of our best in class work.”

Over a 20-year career, Voirol spent 11 years with Reading Room, and also had stints with Amnesia Razorfish, Core Technology – a company he founded – and Zurich Insurance in his home country of Switzerland.
