Don Anderson joins YouTube



Don Anderson, who recently left We Are Social where he was regional MD, has moved to YouTube.

He joins the Google-owned video sharing platform as head of kids and learning partnerships for Asia Pacific, his LinkedIn profile reveals.

Anderson makes the job change after just over two years at We Are Social, first as Singapore MD then taking on a regional role a year later.

He has just completed a two-year terms of chairman of the Asia Content Marketing Association.

In his career, the Canadian worked at PR agency Fleishman-Hillard before joining We Are Social, and has worked in the kids’ content before, for Cartoon Network, where he was senior business manager of interactive media.

Mumbrella has approached Anderson and YouTube for comment.
