New independent agency Zoo wins Singapore Land Authority

SLA logoAustralian independent creative agency Zoo, which launched an office in Singapore late last year, has been appointed by the Singapore Land Authority.

The fledgling agency takes on a brief to engage Singaporeans on the use of state land.

Starcom has been appointed to handle SLA’s media.

The win comes six months after Shirley Tay was hired from Ogilvy Singapore to run the first Asian office of Zoo as founding partner.

Tay has experience on government business including Health Promotion Board and the ‘I Quit’ campaign, and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth for the SG50 celebrations.

In a press release, Patricia Goh, MD of Starcom Singapore, commented on the assignment: “We believe that experiences matter in enhancing lives and building brands. We are glad to be part of this initiative, together with ZOO group and the Singapore Land Authority, to engage Singaporeans with high-impact experiences that leave a lasting appreciation for the use of land our Little Red Dot.”
