Singapore serviced offices firm eyes new business with ‘no request too small’ proposition
A company that provides office workspace has launched a new campaign in Singapore to attract new business, from multinationals to the citystate’s burgeoning startup community.
The campaign, created by independent ad agency Blak Labs, positions City Serviced Offices as the office rental firm for which no request is too small.
One outdoor execution reads: “Overnight arbitration sessions may drive you nuts. We’re happy to provide pistachios, cashews and macadamias.”
The work breaks this quarter in outdoor locations in the central business district, and includes a revamped website and printed collaterals.
“Beyond office spaces, it’s our uncompromised approach to service that’s made us famous over the last 10 years,” said Annie Abraham, VP of City Serviced Offices in a press release.
“No request is too small and our dedicated team takes pride in delivering results with a personal touch, so tenants can focus on what’s most important – growing their business.”
Charlie Blower, managing partner of Blak Labs, added: “Each ad in the campaign is a true account of how the City Serviced Offices team made the impossible truly possible. If you find these stories remarkable, you’ll understand why ‘service’ is their middle name!”
They have faithfully reproduced the ad style of the eighties …right from the art direction and poor stock pics to even the style of writing.
ReplyBlak Labs? Sounds like a pack of obedient dogs. The most exciting thing about this campaign is they got it featured in Mumbrella. The saddest thing is they got it featured in Mumbrella. On a positive note, sure it is indicative of Singapore creative work but at least it’s clearly not another scam ad from those wonderful folks at Blak Labs.
