HONG KONG (May 30, 2016) – Golin has announced the hiring of consumer marketing specialist Jane Morgan as its Managing Director to lead its Hong Kong team and drive forward its mission of becoming an integrated marketing firm with PR, digital and content at its core.

Jeremy Walker will take on a broader regional role driving the growth of its integrated work focusing particularly on travel and hospitality clients, a fast growing expertise area for Golin.

“I am thrilled that both Jane and Jeremy have agreed to take on these new roles. Amazing things happen when you have great people doing what they love,” commented Jonathan Hughes, Golin’s President in Asia. “Anyone who knows Jane knows what a passionate, nurturing and driven leader she is. And anyone who knows Jeremy knows how creative and knowledgeable he is when it comes to travel and hospitality. This is great news for our clients in this sector as we now have a dedicated regional leader who brings a wealth of integrated expertise.”

Jane has been in Asia for four years and most recently worked for Edelman, leading the consumer marketing practice. Prior to that she was at Ketchum in Hong Kong and London. She started her career in-house with McDonald’s in London.

“I am particularly excited by the opportunity to lead the Hong Kong team and to further bring the g4 vision to life,” explains Jane Morgan. “Golin has a unique culture, ambition and drive that is extremely infectious. I love that we describe ourselves as the nice guys who kick-ass! I’m looking forward to getting started and helping our clients to deliver outstanding, integrated work both here in Hong Kong and across the region.”

In recent years Jeremy has continued to broaden his expertise in integrated work for travel and hospitality clients increasingly working with other IPG agencies to deliver on the client need. As the Golin network continues to develop both regionally and globally he is taking on a broader remit to grow this already important sector.

“I’m looking forward to taking on this expanded role and to have the opportunity to grow our business by focusing on a sector that has enormous potential. Taking the great work we do locally and helping connect the dots, innovate and grow these engagements regionally will be critical to our future success,” said Jeremy Walker, Head of Client Development, Travel & Hospitality, Asia.

Jane will take up her position on June 27, 2016 and at the same time Jeremy will transition to his new role. Both will report to Jonathan Hughes, Golin’s President for Asia.
