Dentsu Aegis Network digital agency Isobar has named Jane Lin-Baden as CEO for the region.

She moves into a role which has been covered by global boss Jean Lin for the last two years. Lin, who was previously APAC CEO from 2010, was made global CEO in 2014.

Lin-Baden will remain in Shanghai, where she was group CEO for that market, and where Lin is also based.

Isobar can claim to be one of the few network agencies that is led globally and regionally by Asian women.

Reporting to Lin-Baden are Sven Huberts, regional MD and Sandipan Roy, regional strategy director. Lin-Baden will report to Lin and also Nick Waters, the Dentsu Aegis Network APAC CEO.

Lin-Baden was promoted to CEO of Isobar China Group in May 2013, and currently leads five digital agencies with more than 1,000 people across six cities.

In a press release, Lin said that she was watched Lin-Baden “progress to a leader with integrity and a tremendous energy for innovation,” and noted that Isobar China is now the biggest contributor to Isobar globally in terms of profit.
