FCB Hong Kong hires Christopher Chan from JWT as creative director

Christopher ChanFCB has hired a creative director in Hong Kong four months after re-opening the agency.

Christopher Chan joins the ad agency in the top creative role with 12 years experience in the business, latterly at J. Walter Thompson.

He is the first creative director FCB Hong Kong has hired since reviving the office locally, which closed in 2013 but reopened in February this year after the IPG network won the Prudential account.

In his career, Chan has worked at McCann, Alchemy Asia and Eight Partnership, and has also worked as a host and football commentator for NOW Sports Hong Kong.

Jocelyn Tse, FCB Hong Kong’s GM, who leads the agency of five staff, said: “We are so fortunate that Christopher has chosen us as a place where he can really leave his fingerprints on the place. He will be a great asset for FCB.”
