StarHub asks why people make and share memories in brand film to promote 4G network

StarHub has launched a new commercial to promote the memory-capturing capabilities of the iPhone 6 and the telco provider’s 4G network.

In a 60-second ad, titled ‘Memories’, a Singaporean man called Kelvin recreates the memories of his father Philip, who has Alzheimer’s disease.

DDB Singapore is the advertising agency behind the film, which was directed by Roslee Yusof of Freeflow Productions.

DDB is StarHub’s long term creative agency partner, however the telco had made a number of changes to its agency roster of late, bringing in Carat in place of Mindshare as its media agency and parting ways with social media agency Vocanic.
