Chua Enlai cross dresses in Air New Zealand ad targeting Singaporeans

Air New Zealand has launched a short film featuring Mediacorp artiste Chua Enlai to encourage more Singaporeans to choose the airline.

Chua takes on three different characters in the video in which he travels back to the country where he was brought up.

“This latest collaboration with Chua Enlai allows us to bring that creative approach to Singapore and better connect with this fast-growing visitor market,” said Mischa Mannix-Opie, Air New Zealand’s sales and market development manager.

The new video, which was created by New Zealand-based agency True, kicks off a month-long campaign and fans can win a trip to New Zealand on ANZ by voting for their favourite of the characters Chua plays.

The film launched off the back of Tourism New Zealand statistics that show Singaporean visitors increased by over 6,000 from June 2015 to June this year.
