Do you need more information about the problem?
Dr Mumbo is a big fan of the branding work behind the recently renovated Tiong Bahru Plaza, a shopping mall in the centre of Singapore’s coolest suburb. The Asia Malls-owned mall has done a brilliant job with its “A refreshing blend of old and new” facelift, which reportedly cost S$90m (US$66m).
It’s just a shame that the mall seems to be experiencing a few teething problems with its newly erected digital billboard, which crashed today revealing a bright blue Windows error message on the Tiong Bahru Road.
All those passing the spanking new-look mall were greeted with, “Do you want to send more information about the problem?”
Which has already been pointed out on Tiong Bahru Plaza’s Facebook page under a post that asks its fans to “Vote for Tiong Bahru Plaza as the Mall with the best Face Lift and Best Mall in the West.”
Dr Mumbo suspects that SPHMBO, which operates the signage for Asia Malls, may be getting a few angsty phone calls on Monday morning.
