Gerard Lim is reunited with Paul Soon at Possible as Singapore managing director

Gerald LimWPP digital agency Possible has hired Gerard Lim as managing director of the Singapore office.

Lim will report to Possible’s regional boss and former colleague Paul Soon.

Lim worked with Soon previously at Mirum, formerly known as XM, where he was COO of the Singapore operation.

Lim, whose LinkedIn profile describes him as “Jedi – Sith Marketer, Thracian Slave, Polymath Exorcist”, joins Possible from Spring Singapore where as principal assessor he helped local enterprises with global ambitions.

Soon commented: “Singapore is an important market for us in the APAC region. Gerard’s extensive experience across advertising and digital marketing agencies will help drive Possible Singapore’s growth through enhancement of our service portfolio and customer experience.”

Over Lim’s 25-year career, he has worked in senior management roles at Leo Burnett and Ogilvy Singapore, with clients including Unilever, Diageo, Nestle, American Express, Standard Chartered, DBS, StarHub Cable, SingTel, Samsung and HP.
