Possible promotes Pei Pei Ng to APAC CCO

Pei Pei NgWPP digital agency Possible has promoted Pei Pei Ng to chief creative officer, making the Singaporean one of the region’s most senior female creatives.

Ng joined Possible just over a year ago as Singapore ECD, teaming up with former XM Asia colleague Paul Soon, who left XM and later joined Possible as CEO.

She will now have creative oversight over Possible’s China operation as well as APAC HQ in Singapore.

Ng brings more than 20 years experience to the role at the likes of Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, J. Walter Thompson and TBWA, and is part of Possible’s plan to appoint leaders of each of the agency’s integrated offerings.

Soon said that Ng was key to the transformation of the Singapore agency. He commented: “Many might not know this but she is not only one of the most strategic creative around but one that also cares for and works hard for her team. I have mad respect for her.”

Ng has experience working with brands such as American Express, IBM, Unilever and P&G. She has won four Cannes Lions, and was the first creative outside of the US to win the Diamond Echo.
