The Hoffman Agency wins PR pitch for Karhoo

KarhooThe Hoffman Agency has won a pitch to handle the public relations business for ride comparison app Karhoo.

The announcement:

Singapore, September 19, 2016 – Ride comparison and booking app Karhoo has officially retained The Hoffman Agency Singapore as its agency of record. 
The Agency will provide strategic counsel and public relations outreach to introduce Karhoo to Singaporeans in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Since its launch in the United Kingdom, Karhoo has built a strong presence with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami,  Singapore, Israel and more. It has more than 500,000 cars on its app around the world. Moving into the next phase of expansion, the appointment comes as Karhoo sets its sights on introducing the first ride comparison app in Singapore.

With its ability to evaluate and reserve more taxis and private hire vehicles from in-country fleets, Karhoo will level the playing field for taxi drivers and private hire drivers, giving them the opportunity of more work. The app empowers consumers by allowing them to select the ride they want, at the time they want, at the price they want. It also gives consumers the ability to pre-book as well as book instantly.
