Red Cross tells stories of Singaporeans who have ‘fallen through the cracks’ in film series

The Singapore Red Cross has launched a campaign to highlight the work it does to help local communities.

Created by MullenLowe Singapore, a series of films show the work the charity does, beginning with the story of Sor Bee.

Suria’s Story is about the Red Cross’ work in delivering food aid.

This film, De Silva’s story, is based on the fact that 41,000 seniors in Singapore live on their own.

Another film shows how Red Cross provides help for the disabled.

Benjamin William, secretary general/CEO of the Singapore Red Cross commented: “The campaign tells the stories of those who have fallen through the cracks. By showing how our local community services help make life better for our beneficiaries, we hope more people will come forward to donate and support us in providing much needed aid for vulnerable individuals and families in our midst.”
